This document ("Terms") is the agreement between ArcanForge ("we", "us", "our") and you ("user") regarding Language Daily Coach (the "app"). By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for personal non-commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or repurpose the app or its ingredient database.
Language Daily Coach Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription with two plans:
Prices are set per territory by Apple and displayed in the app's paywall at purchase time. Apple Small Business Program applies (15% commission tier).
A 7-day free trial may be offered to first-time subscribers. Your subscription begins and is charged at the end of the trial, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the period at the prevailing territory price. You will be charged for renewal even if you have not opened the app.
Cancel any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Language Daily Coach → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep premium access until then. No partial refunds for the remaining period.
All refund decisions are made by Apple. Request at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Language Daily Coach is a calorie-tracking tool, not a medical device. Calorie estimates are derived from published government food-composition databases and on-device computer vision, both of which have known error bars. Do not rely on the app for medical decisions. Consult a licensed healthcare provider before making significant dietary changes, particularly if you have diabetes, eating disorders, or chronic conditions.
Meals you log, photos you take, and settings you configure stay on your device. You own them. You are responsible for backing them up via Apple Health sync (opt-in) or eventual iCloud sync (future release).
Language Daily Coach is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Calorie accuracy claims in marketing materials are best-effort; individual results vary with recipe, portion measurement, and ingredient origin.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArcanForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to weight changes, dietary outcomes, or disputes with third-party services (gyms, coaches, insurers).
We may terminate the licence if you materially breach these Terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are submitted exclusively to Seoul Central District Court.
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced in the app on first launch after the update. Continued use after the change indicates acceptance.
